We are a specialised Physio clinic that nurtures our patients from injury through to full fitness, whether that’s for sport or for life in general; we will guide you to your goals, and further!

A typical tailored rehab programme begins with manual therapy (including acupuncture and deep-tissue massage).

We work as a team to introduce Strength and Conditioning and exercise rehab, often alongside Pilates (either individually or supported in small groups) to maximise your recovery.

Many of the expert-led Pilates sessions use a combination of full studio apparatus (including our namesake the Reformer) as well as lesser known larger pieces of Pilates equipment and, of course mat-work Pilates.

Physiotherapy

We treat the body as a whole, delivering a combination of manual therapy techniques with specialised rehabilitation focused exercise programmes. We believe, through experience that this gives the most effective long-term outcome.

Pilates

All Pilates sessions are directed and designed by either Pilates Instructors (Dynamic Pilates) or Physiotherapists trained in Pilates (Physio:Pilates).
