Semi - Private (3 to 1) Physio:Pilates

A 3:1 has more of a class feel to the session but you still benefit from a Physiotherapists expert knowledge and instruction. During the session you will be practicing with 2 other participants but you will all be completing individually selected exercises incorporating mat work and machine-based Pilates under a watchful eye.
