All Pilates sessions are directed and designed by either Pilates Instructors (Dynamic Pilates) or Physiotherapists trained in Pilates (Physio:Pilates).

All sessions are individually customised using a combination of equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and other pieces of small equipment).

My lifts have improved to the point where I am considering record attempts in my weight and age category, so Reform works for powerlifting!
